HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
You can initiate a return or exchange request by utilizing our self-return request service.
To submit return requests, you need to log in to your customer account and access your order history where you will see the option to submit a return request.
If you do not have an account or having an issue with the self-return request you can send your request directly to: customerservice@jnorig.com
Upon approval, you will receive a follow-up email containing comprehensive instructions on the steps to follow for your return process.
JNORIG accepts returns if items follow all of these guidelines:
- 30 days return policy
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all tags included
- With original packaging
Products purchased online can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
Only products in perfect condition, never used and in original condition may be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify each garment that will be returned.
Submit a return request
Click the account icon in the store's navigation
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is returned & received, you receive a refund.
Return for EU customers
You can use our self-return service to request exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
To submit return requests, you need to log in to your customer account and access your order history where
you will see the option to submit a return request. If you do not have an account or having an issue
with the self-return request you can send your request directly to: customerservice@jnorig.com with the subject “Return/Exchange”.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions.
After we receive your return, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the items for final approval.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify each garment that will be returned.
Upon reception of your return, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the resolution for your return.
Return for international customers
You can use our self-return service to request exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
To submit return requests, you need to log in to your customer account and access your order history where
you will see the option to submit a return request. If you do not have an account or having an issue

How long will it take to receive the refund?
The refund will be processed in the same payment method used for the purchase (transfer or card) within a maximum period of 7 days.
The refund may take a few more days depending on your banking institution.
If there are shipping costs, these will not be refunded and will be deducted from the final refund.
Please note that in the case of payment by a third-party app, the refund may take a few more days depending on your banking institution.
Will I get a refund for shipping, duties & taxes?
When an item is returned, we do not refund the shipping fees, duties, and taxes that were paid upon the arrival of the original order.
Made To Order Returns and Exchanges Policy
At JNORIG, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your made-to-order purchase, JNORIG accepts returns following our guidelines. You can submit a return request through our self-return service to request exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
